Negative: Only food available was Tapas. And it was very expensive. 4 small plates £30 and no other option. We were left hungry.

Positive: Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely rooms and nice bar meal

Negative: Expensive plus extra charges for carparking and £30 for the dog. We had little choice but to stay after being stuck on the M6 for hours and unable to get to our planned destination.

Positive: The property and facilities were comfortable and clean. All the staff were friendly and all request were handled with no issues. I loved the open fire in reception.
