Summary: It was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. Driving Leaving Oslo we drove out to see Heddalsvegen Stave Church. Drove back to Lampeland and had a nice dinner (limited menu) at the hotel. Traveled North the next day to three churches - Uvdel, Nore and Rollag. Had dinner in Kongsberg (20 mins. away). The Hotell was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had a friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Great little “store” in the lobby! Would recommend it if touring this area!

Summary: This was a phenomenal stay! We toured around the area during the day and very much appreciated a later check-in. The staff was so friendly and the rooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable. Clean and cozy describes this location. The breakfast was delicious. Hope I have an opportunity to visit this area again.
