Positive: The breakfast was fantastic. A variety of pastries The place was super clean. Thanks Eustachio and Benedetta. They were amazing, helped us arrange transportation, we arrived very late due to our missed flight connection & they were there to welcome us, very humble & accommodating. The place felt very comfortable & homey, there was a special feeling there. A lot of love & care went into this very special place & was kept in the family. Actually preferred its location compared to other places, very convenient. I slept with the door open to the outside to hear the river below, so peaceful. I would come back here in a heartbeat. The pictures of the unit are great & are even better in real life

Positive: It is very hard not to repeat what all the previous guests have written! We stayed 20th July 2025 Eustacio and Benedetta were fabulous hosts with a beautiful home in an amazing location for us to stay in. As we struggled a bit to find the location, Eustacio came on his moped to guide us to the private locked garage where we left our car. The home is so beautifully renovated and has plenty of space. The hosts left us a lovely selection of fruit, filled rolls, pastries, toasts, jams, milk and many coffee pods. Quality bed linen and fluffy towels. 10 mins walk to Sassi. Many restaurants. Stunning views of a beautiful old town with so much history. Would 100% recommend to anyone considering staying as you will not be disappointed. We would love to visit again one day and stay for longer! Many thanks.

Positive: Everything about this property and the hosts Bernadetta and Eustachio are beyond exceptional 👏 👌and very helpful at all times. Eustachio and Bernedetta are amazing beautiful people, they provided beautiful pastries, croissants filled with amazing fillings, bread, juices, butter, jams, ham, milk and a magnificent bowl of fresh fruits. The house is absolutely amazing and beautiful and super super super clean, has amazing views of the canyon, and amazing views walking into the old town, which is on the door step. Stay at this property folks !! you will love it Thankyou so very much Eustachio and Bernedetta ❤️💙 We felt so welcome 🙏

Positive: Simply the best.We have been travelling for many years in Italy and as an all up evaluation I don’t believe we have had better accom.The stay is on the edge of the ravine and centrally located to many restaurants.The main piazzas are less than 10 minutes walk away.The parking is about 100 metres away and relatively easy to navigate by Italian standards.The hosts are a most genuine couple who explained everything and provided a good breakfast.The bonus is the access to the Sassi- a truly remarkable part of the world.

Positive: We love everything about the property. We love the unique aesthetic design. We love the thoughtful renovation that preserved the traditional design with the modern touch. It’s comfortable, has everything you need. Location is amazing and has a great view. So near to the old town and has parking. It’s a perfect place to stay. The hospitality from the owners are warm and friendly! We love this property and we highly recommend it!
