Negative: There was tram that runs next to the building most hours of the day and night. It didn’t disturb us , but light sleepers might be bothered.

Negative: The owner Marco is very friendly & helpful. The property has a very modern & huge bathroom. There is a washing machine as well so I was able to do some laundry.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — less than a 15-minute walk to the Duomo and very close to the metro, making it easy to get around. The area felt very safe, even at night, and had plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Marco was a wonderful host — friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city!

Positive: The Location is beautifully renovated. Everything was very cozy and clean. We were close to the Center of Milan and recieved a very warm welcome from our Host Marco. He guided us to the parking area, since we arrived via car and helped us with the luggage. Furthermore we recieved a lot of recommendations in respect to sight seeing, Restaurants, etc. We would defenetly book the Apartment again! Thanks Marco!

Positive: Amazing property, at a prime location, but also very quiet neighborhood. It is close to the metro and bus stops and there is a tram stop right in front of the building. Positive: Apartment located in the heart of Milan’s old town. The Duomo, as well as numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops, were all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, freshly renovated, cozy, and modern. The host, Marco, was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Since I was traveling by car, he helped me arrange a parking permit and spot in the city center—something that would have been very difficult to do on my own. I truly appreciated his support and hospitality. Thank you!
