Summary: Property was being renovated. Lots of rooms closed. Pool not usable. Room smelled like smoke had to keep the window open without a screen throughout the stay. Room was sold at bear minimum. $30 a night would be asking too much and I spent $80+. Hopefully property will be brought up to acceptable standards but for now not worth the price.

Summary: Based off of previous reviews I had no idea what to expect. We had a great stay! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We appreciate it being a dog friendly hotel and not having to pay insane dog fees. The place is currently under renovation. Employees were all very nice. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend. Can't beat the price!

Summary: The front desk girl was very nice other than that the hotel was aweful. So dirty and old. The matresses had no covers on them and were brown. Doors didnt lock good and if i had somewhere else to go i wouldnt have stayed here. It was quiet because i think there was only 1 ither guest in the whole building.

Summary: This hotel is under new ownership and undergoing renovations. The outside has clearly not been updated, we were concerned when we arrived. Our room has new paint and beds, minimal cheap furniture, and the bathroom furnishings are mid-upgrade. It was good enough for a one night stop and has potential. The room was clean, which is our priority.

Summary: It was good. The only thing is they originally gave us an old room, not one which has been renovated. So ask for a renovated room and you will be fine.

Summary: The hotel was just being renovated from another owner. It smelled like paint which I understood. However, there was cleanliness issues in the hallways and in the corners of the room. Even though they had updated or were in the process of updating, the toilet tissue roll was rusty And other issues with the room. I decided not to stay there again.

Summary: A welcoming smile after a long day and a late check-in. Very helpful with local dining options. I will come back if the opportunity arises. A comfy bed with the basics ie Fridge and microwave .

Summary: This was recently purchased by a new owner. If you need a clean room with good A/C, a comfy bed, good shower and toilet at a great price then this is your place. If you’re looking for the Ritz this is not your place. Room had a frig but no microwave and some things are a bit dated. But it was clean, bug free and comfy. There was a microwave downstairs that you could use. All and all we were happy and it served the purpose.

Summary: We did not know the property just changed hands a few weeks ago. Here for a near by wedding. We were just at about the only ones there. No free breakfast. Front desk women was nice. Almost charged twice for rooms. I had paid on Expedia and she was going to charge my son and I again. She did clear it up after speaking to her manager.The beds and bedding were nice.
