You can view the lake from the entire backside of the home along with right outside the kitchen window. The house sits on the lake and you have walkable access to it from the back of the property. We provide fishing poles for your convenience but do ask that you bring your own tack. The home is .3 miles from Little Ridge Lake Park where you will find boat ramps.

-Master bedroom features a queen bed, nightstands, dresser and smart tv. The private attached bath is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of space and a bench seat in the shower. We provide basics such as shampoo & body wash.

-Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs! We have provided an abundance of kitchen items for your convenience and comfort. The large island is ideal for gathering everyone around and the open floor plans allow you to see the entire living room as well.
-Living Room with large sectional, propane fireplace, custom build ins with large smart tv.
-Designated workspace- Cozy built in nook for working, writing or simply relaxing. We offer wifi throughout the home.
-Laundry Room with brand new washer and dryers, basic laundry supplies including detergent, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board.
-Front Porch Sittin! Enjoy two beautiful blue rocking chairs and have your morning coffee while sitting under mature shade trees and the covered patio.
-Back Patio- This large, fully covered patio is where you want to be. Serene lake views, large daybed swing, dining table for 6, mini fridge and views for days!
-Backyard- Large fire pit with bench seating and lake views. The entire backyard is very peaceful. There is no fence on this property so if you bring animals please be mindful of that. The lake is just a short walk out of the backyard and we are surrounded by a lot of trees.

Summary: This is a nice home and is well appointed. We stayed here a full week and really enjoyed the respite from a month long road trip. The house is very well appointed and we didn't lack anything. I liked that they were thoughtful enough to have USB ports on the nightstand in the primary bedroom. Everything was labeled and we didn't have to hunt around for things. The neighborhood dogs are friendly and come to visit from time to time if you encourage them. Of course we did! The owner accommodated our desire to come in a day earlier than originally planned, communicated with us verbally before we arrived and allowed us to enter the property before normal check-in. Samantha is a great host. This is a on Levon Lake and is a great little get away.
