Negative: There was no place to sit other than the bed, and there was no refrigerator. The bathroom lacked a place to put toiletry items.

Summary: Although not perfect, I was sufficiently satisfied that I will be staying there tomorrow.

Positive: Delightful location, charming setting in view of the lake. The room had all the necessities though was not at all fancy - I actually appreciate that fact because I don't want or need to pay for luxuries.

Negative: My personal preference is a bathtub, not just a shower. However, this is not a "biggie", since a shower will do the job.

Summary: What a find!: a charming setting and all the basics, without having to pay for unnecessary luxuries.

Positive: Location, price, could watch the hockey playoff game.

Negative: No eatery nearby (BYO food), linens obviously hadn't been changed between visitors (hairs on the sheets), linens had holes in them, outdoor light was on all night, doorlock seemed insecure, shower only, no shelf for toiletries in bathroom, floor had not been mopped well - made my socks dirty so I recommend bringing slippers.
