Relax on the deck with an amazing view of 3 islands and sail boats in Big Arm bay. Take a walk down to the beach or marina. Big Arm Boat Rental is just down the hill with a wide variety of toys and chartered boat rides to Wild Horse Island. The interior is remodeled, and the yard is maturing. I will strive to exceed your expectations.

A luxury camping tent is on the back of the property listed separately or you can reserve it for added space.
A mini-split for your heating & cooling needs will keep you comfortable as you enjoy the leather furniture with a view in a large living room. Shaded picnic table and outdoor entertaining area with a gas grill. Huge dining table for food or social games. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and spices. Wi-Fi and a 65` flat screen for gaming or streaming movies with Roku. Outdoor fire pit is usable at this time with seating and some firewood. Yard Yahtzee and croquette are available to play. Adding a Glamping tent this spring, ask for details.
Gas barbecue with the tools needed for cooking. Picnic table, rockers and outdoor chairs enclosed in the big fenced yard with a firepit. Although I do not have lake access from my property, Big Arm Marina is a short walk down the hill and 2 state parks with wonderful docks and swimming areas are both within a mile.

Self check in with an electronic keypad door lock, code given prior to check-in. I will be working on the property projects when not booked. Current projects are the bathhouse & glamping tent at the back of the property and landscaping.
The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Some dogs barking occasionally. There are picnic tables, a boat ramp and boat slips available at the marina. Big Arm boat rental has a large inventory of toys and chartered boat rides to Wild Horse Island or fishing trips. A short walk down the hill to get there. There are 2 State parks with swimming areas and docks within 2 miles
You are 12 miles from a grocery store, the marina down the hill has a small convenience store. There is no Uber available

If you need meal packages I can have the kitchen stocked for you to cook or deliver from Polson restaurants, let me know your requests.
We also have a GlampCamp on the back of the property - the yard and privacy fence provide a good buffer.
Tent includes, heater, queen memory foam bed, futon, small fridge, coffee maker, and a deck with a Blackstone grill for cooking. There is a private bathhouse with shower. This will accommodate added family or an additional couple.

Summary: We loved the view! Huge clean windows on the lake facing side. Also, great patio set up- picnic table, rocking chairs, grill with tools, and a meal prep stations were fabulous! House was clean, nicely decorated, comfy sofas, comfy beds, variety of games and puzzles. We did miss extra blankets (to snuggle outside in evening to keep enjoying the view) and maybe some plastic dishes for the children. But overall was great!

Summary: I appreciated the cleanliness of this place. I also appreciated the fully furnished kitchen, which had nice utensils, and all the supplies to cook as if you were at home. Marty was a great host and was more than happy to meet our requests. He even went to Walmart to buy us a fan. It was so nice to know that we were taking care of.

Summary: My husband and I and two of our children stayed here and it was great. There were few choices near the Flathead Forevers location about two miles away, and I was happy to find this. I discovered the clothes steamer wasn't working and Marty had a new one at my doorstep within half an hour. i loved the unique wood features the house possessed. Even the pullout bed in the living room was comfortable, so we were all satisfied with the stay. Lovely view of the lake!

Summary: We paddled at the Montana Canoe Club right down the road. The Lakeview Terrace was the perfect place to cool off and relax after our 30 mile paddle. We have stayed here twice. It is very clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend !

Summary: Cute place with some really fun and thoughtful details. View is gorgeous and the little patio out back was perfect for drinking coffee while the dog hung out in the yard. Others in our group thought the beds were a bit firm when they sat on them, but they were nice memory foam that just took a second to fit you.
