Positive: Nice being along the golf course, talked to golfers as they went by.

Negative: Musty moldy smell, broken windows, uneven floors, old appliances, microwave sounded like it was on its last leg. Only room for 1 vehicle. The whole complex looks old and rundown. The golf course looks well maintained.

Positive: The location and convenience to WVU for graduation, good price compared to other places, townhouse option as opposed to a hotel option, better for family gatherings.

Negative: Units were old and dated, many things within the units did not work, were broken or were old and weathered.

Positive: I love the location and the townhouse was so nice! It isn't top of the line modern, but there wasn't anything that I needed that wasn't already there! I thought it was very comfortable and cozy! Will definitely be back!

Negative: The only negative thing I have to say is the loud couple(s) in another townhouse having a loud fight outside from 430am until 630am. I did call the desk at 630am but security had already left.

Negative: The townhouse is a bit outdated. Bathrooms could have the tub area recorked. Touch up painting as well. The townhouse had a musty smell.

Positive: Easy parking, easy access to home. The address is a little difficult to find at night. The sign is not lit.

Negative: Had trouble checking in. The information I received from Booking was confusing and in some cases incorrect. Finally, a staff member could see I was lost and helped clear up the confusion
