Positive: The location was perfect for our needs. We had a birthday party to attend & we only had to walk across to the pool.

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like about the accommodations. It was clean, quite, and comfortable.

Positive: The proximity to the clubhouse was perfect for our planned activities. Parking was very convenient. The kitchen was stocked for coffee prep. The view of the pond was really nice. There was a good selection of utensils and dishes/ drinkware, even though we didn't need to use them. The landlord was very responsive.

Negative: The patio sliding door was a struggle to lock. I would recommend avoiding use. There is a step-up to the toilet in the bathroom. This could be a little challenging for someone with mobility issues. Actually the apartment is not accessible for someone who requires mobility-assist devices but that was not a primary problem for us.

Summary: We loved the comfort and convenience of the location and the quiet environment.
