This 1969 artist's condo is quietly nestled on the main corridor to downtown and only a half-mile from the entrance to the Boise Greenbelt.
Located on one of the only lakes in town this is the perfect place to unwind and rest your head after experiencing all that Boise has to offer.
The Space:
Welcome home to your studio suite on State Street!
Join us for the cozy months with covered parking, ski/snowboard storage, and close to Bogus Basin road!
This small studio suite has all the essentials and is filled with custom local art to brighten the room.
You will have your own parking and entrance straight into your room. While this unit is in a complex with shared walls you will have the place all to yourself.
Note: There is the potential to hear noise from neighboring units. This is similar to a ground floor lake-side hotel room.

Summary: Perfect place for 2 people. We really enjoyed the views of the lake, so peaceful. We saw ducks, geese and a Herron I believe. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the Boise area.

Summary: Perfect location to stay, close to everything and everyone I wanted to visit. Even though it is close to a busy street it was private and very quiet. Host was very responsive.

Summary: Exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable for me. The location was perfect for me as it was close to my friend's house and close to grocery stores. I'm a female and I stayed alone and I felt very safe.

Summary: The lakeside location is especailly lovely and meticulously maintained. We did not have the opportunity to use the bicycles nor kayaks but they and the many amenities described in the listing make for a very special stay.

Summary: Loved the condo. Excellent job decorating and attention to details in the condo. Very well thought out. Wanted to use the bikes, but didn’t arrive early enough to take advantage. Loved being able to look out and see the small lake with all the birds.
