Summary: Needed somewhere close to the RTJ golf course and this worked nicely. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Good covered shade spots outside and beautiful view overlooking lake. Enjoyed fishing off the dock! Would stay here again.

Summary: Overall, our stay went well. Our only downfalls to this location were the kitchen being petite, the carpets in the bedrooms smelled like pet urine although this is not a pet friendly VRBO (we sprayed Odoban to reduce the smell). The AC was off upon arrival which worsened the smell and it was 82 degrees upon arrival. Two of the bedrooms have two beds which was not very private for the couples, but we made it work. The wonderful parts were the living room was huge, the dining table fit all 6 of us, it is close to beautiful golf courses, and the outdoor area which we spent most of our time at was massive with a dock that we lounged at all the time. The property also had a gas grill which was great! We would stay again, but we would bring deodorizers for the bedrooms.

Summary: This locations is amazing! The perfect location! The house on the other hand was not cleaned before we got to the home there was toothpaste all over the sinks in the bathrooms, hair in the shower, and the fridge is leaking pretty badly. I have reached out to the company that manages the property and have heard nothing back.

Summary: After 3 days riding cross country, 5 motorcyclists spent a great 3 nights at "The House On The Lake". Wonderful place, lots of charm and loads of lakeside deck...and our own pier! The covered parking was a huge bonus. Nice place to clean the bikes and keep them out of the elements. Surrounded on three sides by water on a placid lake - it was a terrific place to recharge. Highly recommended!
