The 5 1/2 room house with two bathrooms and a spacious living room is located directly on a small lake under palm trees in the Morganpoint district in Kissimmee / Orlando. A big advantage of the house is the shaded, covered veranda in front of the spacious, heated swimming pool. In the immediate vicinity there are four floodlit tennis courts (hard courts) that can be used free of charge. There are a variety of golf courses in the area. The adventure parks, such as Disney, Seaworld etc are in an area of 30-40 minutes by car. The house is very centrally located and gives a user the fastest possible access to all parks, quutlets with American prices, and a variety of restaurants. The journey from the airport to the house takes around 20 minutes.
The house is looked after by a “house keeper”, who can be reached by phone during office hours and who is available 24 hours in emergencies.
Mainly locals live in the Morganpoint property, which gives the tenant a real America experience.

Summary: We rent fairly frequently in the Orlando area and this house met our needs well, and was very fairly priced. The owner was great to work with and quick with communication, and even accommodated some special requests that we had. The home is a bit older than others we’ve stayed in, but super clean (thanks to Maria, who was also great with communication while we were there), and exactly as advertised. My only suggestion to the owner is to maybe clear a little out of the kitchen cabinets so there is room to put the food you buy, but we made it work. All-in-all it was a great vacation rental and value and we had a fantastic time (of course it helped that the weather was picture perfect for our entire stay, too!). Thank you.

Summary: Beautiful Villa with great space and comfort, the property managers Tom and Mandy are wonderful and very helpful.It's close to shopping, restaurants and the amusement parks. I would absolutely book again

Summary: Owner stocked the place with almost everything we could ask for including a mobile GPS to use, I asked to have pool heated to 89 and it was perfect, I will rent this place again

Summary: Great place away from the hustle and bustle of Disney. Very clean... nice and quiet... close to groceries and a nice place to relax. About five minutes from Remington golf course. Pool in the back, pool table in the garage. We arrived and the property manager also had a nice little welcome package for us. Recommend fully!

Summary: We are visiting Florida in different places for more than 10 years . Once again we choose the lovely villa with the lakeside view. We appriciate to purchase our daily staff within three minutes by car. Playing golf is quiet close and shopping at Florida Mall and at the two outlets needed less than 30 minutes. Enjoying the sun in the afternoon on the poolside and also the sunset was just relaxing. The villa is really a beautiful place to be and excellent equiped. But as ussual time was running too quick so we have to consider to come back one more time in the future. Barbara Ruth and Peter

Summary: The third trip to "our" Lakeside villa is already booked for this October. The house has everything you need to enjoy a stressless holiday. Excellant beds and plenty of space for the two of us. WLAN connection is important. If it strikes it's not the owner's fault, just turn the router off and on again. Publix Supermarket is 5 minutes from the house. Public tennis courts accross the street. Four golf courses within 20 minutes (very affordable). Disney attractions 30 minutes away (expensive). A perfect place to escape to from the cold Winters in Europe. Peter and Christa
