Summary: The second year coming from my son's birthday. We got the suite room for our 6 member family. Our toilet wouldn't flash, the bathroom sink leaked & overflowed the floor. Kiddie pool was green, only 2 slides open & non of the workers spoke good English. Charged me $60 to check in at 2pm & disnt even give me the correct change for the buffet breakfast.

Summary: The bed was comfortable the room was moderately clean but very damp even the towels were damp the sheets were damp The ceiling fan blades were drooping downward I'm assuming from the dampness over time. The staff was friendly and helpful

Summary: Cleaning was supposed to be every 3 days but they never came in 6. Its dated, but good for the $ and the kids loved the water park.

Summary: The family and I definitely enjoyed our stay here! From the arcade, pool, activity center & the water park, everything was really nice and family friendly. 10/10 I highly recommend it.

Summary: It was our 7th time here, we do love the hotel, but the water park pool does need maintance, like a lot, pool floor is very pourous and there was black mold in every corner and edge, along with broken tiles and water below level, resulting in water not being properly filtered. Family suites are very outdated, Im really hoping they get remodeled since they sold it to whyndham, toilet had mold as in they do not deep clean them in a very long time, and because of this the whole bathroom smells like urine. Mold in the shower along with rusty soap shelve. I know there are other rooms that are very much clean and have newer things installed, I dont know why these suites are left to tend for themselves, they get booked a lot. I hope when we come back next year, they have make some improvements, we did have a great time and my kids love it.
