This recently renovated first floor apartment has been designed with great care. Join the locals and go for a run around the lake, located across the street, or take a stroll down the street and enjoy the seasonal farmers market, Christmas tree stand, and the ball diamond located at Veteran's Field. Continue on a few minutes farther and dine at the local restaurants, treat yourself at the day spa, and shop at some of the town’s best boutiques. The house is located on the commuter rail train line which can be a little noisy and even rattle the house a bit.Just in case, we provide a white noise machine for any sensitive sleepers! In only a 5 minute walk down the street and a 20 minute train ride into the city, you can be enjoying the sights and sounds of Boston. We offer free fast wifi so that you can stream your own collection of shows and movies at your leisure on your personal device or the Smart TV in the living room. Summary: This property was perfect for my husband and I on our honeymoon. Close to Salem and easy to come and go. We stayed for a week and enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Summary: Betsy and Gordon were so great,friendly, and thoughtful. Since it was so hot besides the place having AC and ceiling fans, they purchased a smaller fan just in case I needed it. 😀 Also let me use their kayak for the lake across the street. AMAZING people.

Summary: I was traveling into the area for work and was struggling to find a comfortable place within my companies budget, until I came across Betsy & Gordon's place! It was perfect. I was stayed for a month & was very grateful to have a spot with a washer, dryer & full kitchen. Betsy even made a delicious banana bread! I highly recommend staying here.

Summary: This is my first time with VRBO , and it was the best one I could have ever experienced. The property was beautiful, check in was easy, The location felt safe and was next to everything that we could ever ask for. Betsy was the sweetest, and gave us a detailed welcome note that helped us with notable restaurants in the area. The apartment was clean and beautiful! The bed was unbelievably comfortable! And the train was just a short walk away. I could not say enough positive things about this apartment. We will definitely be coming back in the fall!
