Positive: Spacious apartment, nice location and only a 15-30-min drive to Boston by car. The apartment was clean and looked just like in the pictures.

Negative: Needed more chairs so we ended up using the entrance bench from downstairs. A bigger table would have been nice as well, as we were 5 sharing a small square table. Two times we had something fall off the table. The beds were a little hard but that didn't bother everyone. Overall good experience.

Positive: This condo was easy the access. My kids loved the bored games they have available. It was very tidy with no clutter. Really is a nice place for a family to stay.

Negative: The floors were incredibly loud snd had boards that pushed in and scared my kids. The beds are very hard (never liked firm but lately my body likes them so didnt bother me bothers my family). The benches at the end of the beds weren't there and they looked to nice in the pictures and a good place to set things and change clothing/put shoes on. Even though I liked the tidy uncluttered look I also kept thinking man it needs some more homey things like decor and furniture. Maybe some throw rugs to help with the very loud floors.

Summary: Very nice place for a family to stay just needs a little homey touch.

Negative: The stairs were steep for senior travelers. Heavy suit cases hard to get up & down stairs. No lamps to use while reading in bed. Only overhead lighting. No where to put cosmetics while getting dressed. No dish towels.

Negative: There are not flat surfaces where we could put our things. No drawers or tables or shelves in the closet. In the bedrooms there are only very small bedside tables.

Positive: Very comfortable accommodation, beds are hotel Quality, bathroom is updated. Close driving distance to Boston attractions, Salem museum, and shopping.

Negative: On the website it stated private beach access but there was no beach at the site. Not that we were there for the beach, but we were curious to check it out and there was none

Summary: We were very comfortable during our stay here for our Boston visit. I have no complaints about the facilities.

Positive: This property was very clean and well-appointed, with comfy beds and furnishings. It was in a perfect location for our needs, close to family, shopping and sites. Stoneham is a cute, historic town with many amenities on offer!

Negative: While the furniture was comfortable, the accommodation could have used more. Considering you can book for up to 8 people, and the very generous sizes of the living areas, there was not enough casual or dining seating for that many guests.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here, and would certainly consider this location next time!
