Positive: It was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The host provided more than the essentials for a relaxing and easy going stay. Very comfortable stay.

Negative: This is a personal preference but as a 52 year old menopausal woman, it was difficult that the AC was limited to 75 degrees. I understand the cost of electric so it was not a deal breaker, but anything over 70 degrees makes it difficult for me to sleep and not swelter. Again, nothing against the host just my preference. We purchased fans and made due and enjoyed the weekend.

Summary: Very relaxing weekend.

Positive: It’s conveniently located right next to metro which is good for food and shopping. The beds and couch’s are comfortable and they are both pretty spacious. I’d say the best part is definitely the Lake view!

Negative: The house is located in a not so “nice” area and They could update the house a little more such as walls and doors and TV’s and other little things. Maybe even a little more modern decoration.

Summary: Overall it was a very decent stay.

Positive: This condo needs some work and needs to be cleaned The couch was warn and ripped and the carpeting is old and dirty. The rest of the furniture was also worn. The “needles” on the Keurig coffee pot needed to be unplugged on a daily basis which was inconvenient. On the other hand, there is a small lake pond in the middle of the complex which was beautiful with a nice path to walk around.

Summary: We looked online and there are other condos in this complex that are better maintained. We would not book this particul

Positive: Loved the home feeling of the condo! It was adorable and we loved getting to take a walk around the lakes everyday. Met some people at the pool who were super nice! Great environment for a little vacation!

Negative: The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and several of the classes were dirty, some with lipstick/gloss marks.

Summary: Wonderful time in a place that felt like home ! Loved the location!
