Summary: Hotel is clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. I do believe it needs mentioning that the available breakfast is not complimentary. They also charged $10 for parking. The parking wasn’t monitored or secured by a gate. It’s just general spaces around the building. The location of the hotel is in an awful part of town where there are countless homeless people everywhere. However, I never saw any on the hotel property. We did make sure there was nothing of value left in the car overnight.

Summary: The hotel was adequate but the area was sketchy, there were homeless camps and people begging in the area. I was uncomfortable going for my regular run.
