The Lakeside Apartment is located on the bottom floor of of a large lakeside home on a secure gated 3-acre wooded property. The Lakeside Apartment is newly remodeled including a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. The living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms all have lake views. The second bedroom has its own private view of a tranquil Zen garden.
In addition there is a covered outside patio and an additional outdoor flagstone patio with a BBQ and fire pit all facing the lake.
There is a second larger (two floor) Airbnb unit above it that is also listed separately on Airbnb. Both unit are often rented for larger families.
The property is gated for security and includes two parking spaces in front of the house; additional cars must park outside gate on street.
Grocery and drug stores as well as a pizza, sandwich shop, cleaners, dentist and veterinary services are within walking distance.

Summary: This was our first time visiting the Seattle area and it was an outstanding vacation. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was super clean and updated. Summary: We felt at home and comfortable on our trip — everything that we needed was there and ready for us! The views onto the lake were absolutely beautiful! We saw eagles flying and different sunrise and sunset views every day. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: My co-worker and I reserved this wonderful space to do some operational planning for our division. We checked in mid-week through Friday. The space was cozy and quiet with a lovely lake view to inspire us. Every square inch of the apartment is thought through to help guests feel comfortable. Each bedroom offers something unique. One has a window zen garden while the other a lake view. The shower has great pressure and the bathroom has a heat lamp for cooler mornings. If you are looking for a solo retreat or time with a friend, I highly recommend. It's also a less than 15 minute drive from the Woodinville wine district!

Summary: Wonderful hospitality from Susie and the cottage apartment was sparkling clean. The lake setting was pleasant, yet close to town for wine tastings. Great hiking at Paradise Valley. We even got to see the hot air balloons fly overhead.

Summary: Even though unseasonably warm, host had fans going before we arrived and the downstairs apt was very tolerable. We rented both Lake house and Cottage apt and it was worth it to have all that room to spread out.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment! The unit was very pleasant and the patio was the perfect outdoor space for socializing. Being on the lake made us feel like we were a world away from everyday life. We paddled in the Kayaks and SUPs at least twice every day. We had SO much fun we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Summary: This is a fabulous little getaway spot. Fabulous view of lake and walking garden. Many amenities that I was not expecting. Owners provide everything needed to enjoy the lake. Items in the cottage that are not always provided were coffee, spices, luscious linens, cleaning supplies ie dish and laundry soap, shampoo and rinse. Enjoyed the morning lake view outside. Saw the hotair balloon several mornings and an eagle flying over the lake. Recieved a personalized welcome. Easy access into Seattle. We even traveled to the Northern Cascades and Olympic national parks which were a little bit of a drive. Surrounding towns were cute with several restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We rented the downstairs apartment which was perfect for our family of 4. Cottage lake was peaceful, close to Seattle so that we didn’t have to take time off, and more spacious than we imagined. The best part was enjoying the beautiful grounds and playing in the lake with all of the watercraft that was offered. The renters above were kind and provides their phone numbers in case the noise was too extensive, which was really nice. We enjoyed every second of our stay.

Summary: The place was a picturesque rental home with two beautifully themed rooms. The owners also had lots of water recreation like canoes, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards. They were excellent hosts who received us in person and gave us a tour of the property. We would absolutely stay there again.
