Positive: Nice rooms. Beds comfy. Need better shades if you are facing west. They have a lot of events there, so sometimes other patio/garden area is closed. Beautiful gardens and areas to stroll. Not sure if they had a pool? Didn’t look.
Negative: As previously said, the lack of good blackout shades because the blinds didn’t fit windows. Could be loud at night if near road (events on property or at lavender farm across street). Need better soundproofing. Room service made a few errors…took a lot of work to get final bill reconciled. Super nice people, but need more training for F&B and front desk.
Summary: Nice property. Overpriced and staff is super nice but needs more training. Tighten up food and bev game

Positive: Bed was very comfortable, clean and very polite staff. As well as coffee in the room, there was filtered coffee, fruit & cookies available in the lobby until 12.
Negative: Lovely room, but the balcony was above the car park so we couldn’t use it or open the door (due to noise & privacy). We couldn’t use the spa as there was a private party using it. We arrived at 2 am, and even though we informed the hotel that we would arrive late from JFK due to bad weather, we were charged as no show for that night.
Summary: Loved the location and comfort of this hotel.

Positive: This was our first time in Seattle Willows Lodge was in a beautiful location.
Negative: It would have been nice if we could stay longer and get to to see more if surrounding areas. As it was I thought it was a beautiful area.
