Our home is located in a quiet and relaxing lakefront community. Watch the deer from the porch or a sunrise like no other from the dock. Fish and swim all day then have a bonfire by the lake! Have lunch or dinner on the back porch or sun deck. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with fun in the sun this is the place for you.
If you want to pair college football with lake activities you are in luck ... Clemson is 45 minutes away and the University of Georgia is 1 hour away.
Sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master has king bed and large bath with separate shower and air tub along with a walk out porch overlooking the lake. King bed on main level. The other 2 bedrooms offer queen beds. There is also a murphy bed in the living room and futon on 2nd level.
Gentle walk to the water. Bring your own boat or rent one nearby. Our dock is situated on quiet cove right off the main channel. Tugaloo State Park has several boat ramps and is only 1 mile away. The state park also offers hiking trails, putt-putt and tennis.
Local grocery stores and shopping close by. Greenville, SC is 45 minutes away and Tanger Outlet in Commerce, GA is 30 minutes away.
There is plenty of room to park several cars in the drive plus ample space to park a boat trailer.

Summary: This was our second stay at this property and live every part of it. House has been improved with even more living space and updated upper and lower decks for great outdoor living. House is spacious, modern, clean, and very inviting! I he dock is a great place to hang out with ample seating and great water to swim/float your day away. Will definitely be coming back for more summer time fun! Thanks for the great stay!

Summary: We had a wonderful time here. The house is perfectly decorated, the beds were so comfortable. Watching the deer every morning on the screen porch over coffee was fabulous!! We caught a good bit of catfish and cooked them while we were there. I am ready to come and stay again!

Summary: This is a FANTASTIC place if you have a family with little ones. So much room, inside and outside play area for the kids, infant equipped, a ton of room to gather in the kitchen. A great place and enough room for 2 families to share. We had a blast.

Summary: This is great property, exactly as advertised. Perfect for our blended family of three generations (one grand, two adults, four teens). Only about 10 minutes on water to the marina to rent boat there, or about 5 minutes from the nearby State Park that also has boat put in. Interior and exterior spaces were great and supported all of our eating/gaming/ relaxing activities. Nice swim off the dock and fantastic to float on some rafts as the dock is in a cove (not much boat traffic at all). Gas grill worked great. Dishwasher was broken but I think has since been replaced. We didn't mind. Communication was great. Overall peaceful and fun. We will stay again!!
