Positive: The breakfast out on the scenic patio was delicious. The wait staff courteous and attentive. Appreciate amenities like specialty drink upon arrival and complimentary bottle of wine as well. Loved the availability of paddle-boards and kayaks at no cost. Bed comfortable and room very nice. A wonderful visit. 😊

Positive: Very convenient location to get to Tanglewood and Lenox. Really nice setting on the lake in a charming old house.

Negative: Innkeeper was very rigid and made a point of letting you know if he thought he was doing you a favor. Rest of the staff was very friendly. Room was clean but lacked places to put or store your belongings.

Positive: The room was amazing! We took out the paddle boards then the kayaks.

Negative: The person in the upstairs walked around late in the evening after 2 am

Positive: The property is in a beautiful location perched on a lake . The whole inn has been beautifully restored and the rooms were very comfortable. There’s even a wonderful outside space where you can sit and sip wine and enjoy the tranquility. The staff were fantastic, kind and genuine . The food was great! A homemade frittata with goat cheese was amazing.

Negative: I liked everything.

Summary: A perfect respite with a gracious host, lovely staff in a delightful Inn.
