Summary: “The View” was a wonderful stay for all 16 of us. We celebrated 3 birthdays and had lots of time on the water. The host was very helpful and provided us with a pontoon boat (extra cost) and suggestions of where to go on the lake. The kitchen was well-stocked for our large group. Walmart and other grocery are only 23 min away and will do delivery, if needed. The kids will have wonderful memories of this vacation! Thank you!

Summary: This provided a great place for our family traveling in from many different directions. With this being a big group, we appreciated having large tables both in the house and in the screened porch, with plenty of extra chairs. We also appreciated the extra towels we could use for showers and swimming. The kayaks were a big reason we stayed here, and this was a good spot to fish as well. The diagram of sleeping arrangements is different than the written description-- so follow the (correct) written description if you are preplanning sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is well-equipped but could use extra serving bowls for food, chips etc. We enjoyed hiking Energy Lake, Hematite Lake and Raptor Ridge at Paris Landing State Park. The children in our party enjoyed the Nature Center and Planetarium at the Golden Pond Visitor Center. Expect to drive into Murray for groceries. The instructions for checking out were simple and don't require you to do most of the cleaning. Highly recommend!

Summary: Property is amazing, plenty of room. There were 17 people in our group and enough dock space for 8 bass boats. House is very clean and has updated appliances. It was very relaxing enjoying the fire pit every evening with a fantastic view of the lake. Our family would definitely stay here again.Tom was a great host and was available at any time if needed
