Parking: Please unload in front of the blue community building. Guest parking is located at the top of the resort. Parking at the cottage itself is not available.

Beach Towels: Please bring your own beach towels for swimming, lounging by the lake, or boating. Our bath towels are for indoor use only — thanks for keeping them at the cottage!
Bookings: The person who books must be present for the entire stay. The number of guests must match your reservation.
Gas Firepit: Available for your enjoyment—please bring your own propane tank.
No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted inside the cottage, on the patio, or in shared areas.
Check-Out: Before you leave, please message us through VRBO to confirm your departure. Report any damages so we can address them promptly for future guests. Kindly ensure that all cottage items (towels, cutlery, Tupperware, etc.) remain on-site, as they are difficult and costly to replace.
