Summary: This was my second time staying here. This is a great house and property at a good price. My grandkids live in Durham and they enjoyed coming to visit and using the kayaks and hanging out on the large dock. The house has a large well stocked kitchen. Our favorite place to sit was on the balcony looking out over the lake.
