Summary: I had a great experience with my friends at the location.House was great with grills and easy access to the dock Hot tub was amazing and it is bigger than the usual hot tub.Most importantly, host was great.When I asked them for recommendations like boat renting and restaurants, host sent me great options.Also, host were very responsive with all the messages.Host also had some extra snacks and amenities at the house.All my friends loved it and wanted to go back next time as well.

It’s exactly as described, absolutely beautiful & spacious, the owners are wonderful communicators, the neighborhood is serene and picturesque, and the nearby stores/cafes will have everything you need. Summary: My book club and I were looking for a spacious place with a beautiful view where we could relax, unwind, and read our favorite books. This place was the perfect cozy retreat for us. The lake view was stunning even in the winter. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, and cooking meals together in the large kitchen. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again!

Summary: We were so impressed with the cleanliness of this property. We had two little ones under 1 and we didn't hesitate to have them crawl on the floor. The layout of the home really suits a large group. There could be family members going to bed earlier than others and the distance from the gathering areas to the bedrooms are a good distance away, so as not to bother those that are resting. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the amenities that were supplied. Plenty of trash bags and paper goods. We would definitely recommend a family vacation here!

Summary: I would highly recommend this house and location. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. We have been traveling as a family for over 20 years, and this was one of the best homes we have stayed in. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might want, all in great condition. They really took the time to make sure you had everything you could possibly need in the house. The property managers were wonderful. They had great recommendations on things to do. Their help and communication was a big part of making this a fantastic trip for our family. A big thank you to Patty and Dan!

Summary: We all had an amazing. Lake was wonderful!! We enjoyed having the nightly visits from all the deer. Shopping was very close. Enjoyed breakfast at River forks Cafe. Downtown Anderson rooftop dining was fun. Definitely a great place to stay.

Summary: We stay at a different lake and lake house each year in Ga or SC for the last 10 years. Before, we were staying at Ga State Park cabins but with the children now grown, we needed something larger. By far, this was the best house and hosts we have used. They had numerous little "touches" which were amazing. For example, it was my birthday during our stay. The host had a closet with little items for us to use in case we forgot something, like toiletries items. They also had birthday party favors and decorations. The had many lake items available for use like kayaks, live vests, a water mat to lay one, and a large towable innertubes. The table was large enough for all of us to sit together, there was 12 of us. No complaints at all. During the stay, the host contacted us, and dock workers needed to do some work. For the inconvenience (which there was none as they came early in the morning and was quick with their job) they gave us a gift certificate for a local restaurant where we all had some amazing ice cream!!!!! We will absolutely stay there again!!!!!!
