Summary: House is lovely and is close to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is well stocked. Golf is also nearby. Lots of wildlife including eagles, osprey, alligators and manatees. Caught a few bass and lost some too! Our Labrador also had a great time. And the owner responded very quickly to any concerns and questions we had.

Summary: We were a mandatory evacuation and found this house. It was the perfect home away from home. The house is super clean and the kids even fished in the lake. Jim was very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again.

Summary: Friendly neighbors which was a plus since we had children and a boat. Navigating the driveway with a 37' trailer was a bit of a challenge but we finally made it and thankful for a property that would accommodate it. Great fishing off the dock caught a 4 pound bass!

Summary: Home is very nice, very clean well stocked kitchen with needed items for your stay. Screened room is nice with a view of boat dock and canal. I would highly recommend this vacation home for your weekend getaway or extended stay. It's a keeper : )

Summary: Nice, clean home on the water. Great for going out in the mornings and evening's to watch the sun rise and sets. The fish in lake griffin don't seem to like my lures!
