Summary: The location is nice, quiet, and secluded. Gave cute cottage vibes. However, the house had a musty smell which we later found out was coming from moldy water some live flowers were in (2 seperate vases). The flowers were fresh but the water and vases needed cleaned due to the mold. The beds were not very comfortable but that is always hit or miss at places. The water had a very strong sulfer smell and made it hard to have everyone shower since it would stink up the house. The septic alarm went off a couple times in our 2 day stay as well. Overall, the house was clean (minus the flowers) and it was a very nice location. The owner was receptive and did respond quickly when I texted. There was plenty of parking onsite which was nice however the beach area parking is at the end of the driveway and we kept getting blocked in. It was easy to ask the people to move their cars but just a minor inconvenience. Despite the challenges we faced I did really enjoy sitting on the deck with the view of the lake along with the secluded forrest feel where the firepit is.

Summary: When we arrived the place smelled clean, everything was nice, most importantly the kitchen had everything you would need if you were looking to cook most of your meals like we did. House was cozy, would definitely come back and stay here if I’m ever back for a music festival or snowboarding.

Summary: The home was lovely, comfortable, and well-stocked, but we were disappointed to learn the day before arrival that the dock and beach were not private, as the photos and description indicated. They are shared with an association of owners along the lake. Since this was a holiday weekend, and the beach is small, it became crowded quickly. Additionally, the lake was 80% lily pads with a muck floor making fishing, canoeing, and swimming challenging- not terrible, but inaccurate.
