This three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is situated among beautiful vegetation and overlooks a gorgeous lake. With so many trees and a beautiful view of the lake, you can definitely spend some quality time with your family! With your coffee, enjoy and relax in the glass-walled living area! This split floor plan provides plenty of sleeping space, with the master bedroom including a king bed and guest rooms with queen and twin beds. With plenty of natural light, the huge living space is ideal for entertaining. The two-car garage has one covered compartment where the homeowner parks automobiles all year. Beaches and boat rentals are only around 15-20 minutes away by vehicle.
The Plantation Golf & Country Club is within walking distance of everything Venice has to offer. The community pool is close by for catching some Florida rays and cooling down in hot weather. Don’t miss the gorgeous beaches of Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Manasota Key Beach which are located just minutes away. Choose from endless restaurants or shop at the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south, and explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost within the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local wildlife, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles. Summary: This property was very good and an excellent choice for the cost. Naturally we found several things wanting, the most important of them being the bed in the master bedroom. That definitely needs attention.

Summary: The property was exceptional. Large and roomy excellent beds and good furniture. A very large lanai overlooks a small lake. Would definitely stay there again

Summary: This home worked out perfectly for my husband and I as we worked remotely for 5 weeks. There are 2 very large bedroom en-suites and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. The kitchen is so fully equipped that there is little room for your food. Anything you need to prepare a meal is there. There are also 4 large flat screen smart TVs with cable and Netflix. 2 dining areas that easily seats 10 people. The whole place is very spacious and exceptionally clean. Shower pressure very good, lots of towels, washer/dryer, garage with remote - truely a home away from home. The neighborhood pool is just a few houses away and was very nice.
