Summary: This venue proved to be ideal for our half-day executive meeting. With ample rooms, our team comfortably stayed at the house, swiftly launching, and settling the boat, while also arranging the meeting space. The kitchen came in handy for serving breakfast and lunch. The downstairs area served as an excellent setting for our small group, with the added advantage of displaying presentations on the TV. The convenience of having the boat parked right at the house on the dock for our afternoon activity was a significant plus! Additionally, the manager/owner's recommendation of Baxter’s Lakeside Grille was an absolute hit with everyone.

Summary: It was beautiful. The water was perfect for floating and the house was so entertaining for those who were not fond of the water. We all enjoyed it so much. We did feel as though we had lost a few pounds with all the stairs. All good.

Summary: We really love staying at this property - excellent location (by land), excellent location (by water), calm "no wake" cove, veyr close to our Marina (MarineMax) - two really nice living levels, absolutely FANTASTIC new dock that we spent a LOT of time on, and were able to park our 40 foot boat in covered slip "out" of sun and rain - same for two PWC's. It just works out so well and a bonus is impressive Fireworks display at the end of the cove - from a private home. Jason is great to work with - we'll be back.
