Summary: We stayed for around five weeks. We were very impressed with the house. All the appliances you could want in the kitchen and plenty of room in the cupboards. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and both bathrooms were good. We had breakfast overlooking the lake. We were lucky enough to see both Ducks and Geese both with young. It was lovely to see them in the water. Overall we were happy with house and would have no hesitation in booking again if we were in the area. Thanks to Andy for his help and answering our questions almost straight away. Best wishes Norma

Summary: The property was very clean!! Immaculate! It was nice to step out the back door and see the lake. We were working this trip at the Fisharama in Perry Georgia. The only thing I didn't care for, and this is the absolute ONLY thing, is there is a motion sensor as you go out the back door. Every single time you go out the back door, a light turns on and you hear a voice come over a speaking telling you that you are currently being recorded. There are ducks out there as well, so if they trigger it, it goes off too. It's not something that would keep me from ever renting again, and I get WHY there would be a camera, but...you know? LOL Love the property! Love the location! It was beautiful and very relaxing to come "home" to every evening after working so long and hard during the day!
