Summary: The staff was welcoming, especially the desk clerk Tanisha. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I slept well. Next time we’re in Warner Robins, this is where we’ll stay.

Summary: We stayed over on Christmas Day. We made the reservation back in October and were shocked to see some things in the hotel and room description that did not match. There wasn't any coffee available in the lobby. In the room description, it said that we would have a microwave, but Natasha was kind enough to give us one. She also sent someone up to our room because the refrigerator didn't have a shelf and the lady came up with a shelf that was too big for it. The coffee provided didn't fit the coffee maker. We were too tired to let her try again. Netflix was available, but it wouldn't let me log in. There were no other streaming services available. The cable lacked some channels. They had a bar where they served Starbucks and pastries and breakfast similar to Starbucks. During the day and drinks and "appetizers", at night. the lobby didn't provide any coffee as stated, but infused water. On our last day we found a bug on the tv. Overall we found the hotel to be ok. The staff was really nice and the beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again, We were highly disappointed at.

Summary: Room was great. Very quiet and comfortable. The only complaint I have is they only have 2 carts for luggage, and noth were gone. They need more than 2.

Summary: Check in was great, the young woman I forgot her name excellent job. Gave me a copy of my membership whcih i forgot, offered me water and even asked me what floor I preferred. Awesome room spacious and shower was great. Thank you all and Happy New years.

Summary: The facility is beautiful. Our room was handicap room. Unfortunately, like many hotels it doesn’t take into consideration how handicap people manage. The shower has a seat that flaps down across the tub. However, it is so low it makes it difficult to get up and out of the shower. What also makes it difficult is that you cannot use the wall support to get up because you can fold your arm to lift out. The shower head in most handicap rooms also is on a post that you can move up and down. And while the pole was there there was no shower head. There was a separate shower head installed on the side that sat high on the wall making it difficult for someone sitting on the handicap seat to reach. If I had not of traveled with someone I would have not been able to take a shower. Additionally, handicap showers can benefit from slip grips in the tub. While the room was mostly clean there was some long hair left behind. Simple fixes would be to have a shower chair option available or perhaps partner with a company in the area that can bring in a shower chair or better accessories.
