Positive: Exceptionally clean - fantastic room size - extremely comfortable - manager and staff amazing couldn’t be more accommodating and everything with a big smile on their faces - spa treatments excellent and great value for money - location brilliant - complimentary use of bicycles and Kayaks a lovely touch - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would happily revisit !!

Positive: Friendly staffs, Kayaking Ride, Good ralaxing massage, Cheap and best food from Suvetanda kada.

Negative: Swimming pool is in the middle of all the rooms, it is visible from all rooms and is bit uncomfortable. Superior family rooms in ground floor has less/no visibility of the lake. Except these 2 negatives, stay is good.

Positive: The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Our room was bright, very clean, nice bedding, towels and bathroom. The aircon and fan were really good. We had the use of kayaks and were even offered to use the bicycles on one day. The pool looked lovely (although we didn't use this). Breakfast consisted of Indian options, fruit, toast and they offered fresh omlette to order.

Negative: Not that it impacted our stay, but the dining area is small (only has 4 tables). We stayed 3 nights in a room with a view of both the pool and the lake. On our second night, there was a group of friends (younger people), in the room above us and in the rooms adjoining that. They were very noisy, singing loudly, music banging, at 9 pm the staff knocked on our door to check we were ok, we said that it was fine, it was still only early, but if the noise could be kept down from midnight. The noise from upstairs stopped, but then carried on by the pool (right outside our room.). At 10.30, management knocked on our door again and said they would move us to another room (further away and quieter), this was very nice of them, the room was indeed away from the noise (but not what we had paid for), we had left all our belongings in our 1st room as the staff said we could go back in the morning. It was good of the staff to give us another room, however perhaps dealing with the noise outside from a group would have been nicer than us having to move at that time of night and leaving the noise from the group to disturb others. Overall this did not impact our stay. A small fridge in the room would be good and also some black out or darker curtains (again this did not impact our stay).
