Families and groups of friends will love this spacious, playground that blends style, comfort and fun. Adorned with colorful accents and stunning artwork throughout we’ve created a radiant and inviting atmosphere ensuring a memorable experience. With three bedrooms and three outdoor patios the home accommodates up to 9 guests.
Pet owners will find two convenient dog doors leading to an 8-foot privacy-fenced backyard, offering a private retreat. Guests also have quick access to a private neighborhood park with a boat ramp, just a two-minute walk away.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a charming facade and spacious grounds offering ½ acre of privacy with views of the lake, hills, and stars setting a relaxing tone. Inside you’ll find bright colors and an open layout featuring colorful artwork, inviting decor and comfortable furniture.
The main living room boasts vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and a large 75” TV with a soundbar—perfect for entertaining, highlighted by a second-story patio off the primary bedroom with breathtaking views ideal for stargazing.
The primary suite features a king bed, private bath, and balcony seating for six. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, with the Bunk Room offering Queen bunk beds sleeping four. All rooms include new smart TVs and high-speed internet. After a day at the lake or perusing the Hill Country, enjoy endless fun with a ping pong table in the finished garage featuring vibrant orange balls and a black light for a glow-in-the-dark experience, along with a disc golf hole perfect for small games and friendly competition with other board games inside.

Summary: The house was great in almost every way. It’s clean and well maintain. We loved the dog door and back yard area for the fur babies. It’s a quiet street with a gate for lake access and a lil park very close. I would like to visit again with more time to enjoy it. My only complaint is that to get to a restaurant of any kind means a drive down from the hills. So- bring something for breakfast if you wake up starving, like I do, and you’ll be all set to enjoy this peaceful retreat. Oh, and use the countertop because that table is an art piece and impossible to clean or even set a plate flat on it.

Summary: This house was amazing! It was exactly how it was advertised and so beautiful. I loved all of the cool art and decor it has. It’s a great location, only a 5 min walk to the lake and there are a lot of amenities to use in the kitchen and bedrooms. Super clean and easy to access. A great stay for a great price. I highly recommend!
