Positive: Room very clean.beddings and towels were very clean. Very nice view of the lake.

Negative: Couldnt watch news, but had access to a good number of recorded movies. My room was not well ventilated. Breakfast options were few. I didnt find the staff to be customer centric - I had to remind staff to restock beverage in my room and on day 1 my breakfast order was forgotten.

Positive: Nice Location, serenity and tranquil. Give you an opportunity to see and be on lake Kariba and visit the Dam wall.

Negative: Lack of live television, lack of telephone between the rooms and the reception.

Summary: A good place to relax, but one needs to be mindful of the season when to get there. In the summer it can be very hot.
