Positive: The mattress was very comfortable, love where the tv was located and that we had access to a fridge and a stove

Negative: The plants on the walkway was a bit high and could use some cutting back. The toilet was very low

Positive: The layout and amount of space was good. The bed was comfortable enough. The place was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The location was excellent. The owner was very communicative and responded to my requests and questions immediately.

Negative: We arrived at night and the driveway with the address wasn't lit up at all. It was difficult to locate. The washer and dryer was not in the unit which wouldn't have been an issue if the listing stated that. It's a communal use w/d located in another building close by which meant if someone didn't remove their clothes when it was done, we had wait.There was no microwave which would have been so helpful. There was an oven but only 1 dish available to use in the oven which meant heating up leftovers took forever. Would not have been an issue if there was a microwave. The beds were firm and comfortable but the mattress itself was quite warm. It felt like a tempurpedic that holds in your body heat. Our showers were lukewarm at best but didn't need to complain about it since it was pretty hot outside. The AC units were filthy when we arrived. We messaged the owner and was able to get it cleaned asap. There were no instructions for using anything. The stove top was not user friendly. We had to look up the manufacturer and find the manual ourselves in order to use it. The reply from the owner wasn't helpful because he didn't realize it was "locked" and there was no indication that it was locked until we followed the manual.

Positive: Very clean unit and very comfortable bed.

Negative: Communication with the host was very poor, maybe because they don't speak english or so, but it was impossible to talk over the phone when i needed it. I came late i couldn't find how to access the unit. Tried to call many times and also requested to call back. The host only communicated through the app and was doing copy and paste from instruction. The instruction was not very accurate, they kept saying that unit was on the right side, while unit was on the left side after passing the wood gate, it depends which building you looking at, I didn't want to accidentally get into someone's house and ask for a call back which I never got. Around 1AM I finally figure out what they were talking about after method of eliminations of mistakes . They could save me an hour only if we could spoke over the phone and that was really frustrated..

Summary: Clean unit, Comfortable bed, but very poor communication with host.
