Summary: The house was awesome with ample space for our big group to spread out. VRBO was extremely well stocked with some additional things supplied for fun in the water. Matt was a great host who provided some great tips on food, golf, and places to visit on the lake. Just an overall great and easy experience. I would highly recommend this host and his properties.

Summary: The house was exactly as listed and Matt was an incredible host. Excellent communication and friendly. The dock is in a great location. We had several young children and enjoyed swimming and jet skiing around the cove! Would definitely visit again!

Summary: We rented this property for my daughter’s last weekend as a single lady. It was everything we needed for a perfect celebration and more. The owners were very accommodating and went above a beyond to ensure we didn’t worry about a thing. We rented their boat for the day and it was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this property for your large group/family. The house is spacious and had several rooms for privacy as well. We will definitely rent again.

Summary: The place was perfect for our large group! We came down for a weekend at The Loop ATV park and we already booked to come back for a week in the summer! Large house on the water in a quiet cove. There were 20 of us and we were not crowded at all, with plenty of space to gather, and a ton of privacy for sleeping arrangements. The owner has a nice cabin cruiser boat and a wave-runner you can rent while you are there, both are super nice. Matt communicated from start to finish and was very accommodating.
