Summary: This home is perfect for families and guests of all ages. The location is absolutely perfect and the garage is stocked with all the beach supplies you need for a fantastic time. Matt ensures the check in process is seamless and is available for any questions of concerns. He also does a great job of suggesting fun local activities and spots to visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is our second year and we will keep coming back.

Summary: Big House with all the amenities and necessities that you would / might need. My sister's and my family comprising 10 adults (over 25 years old) and 3 little ones @ 5, 3 and 1 years old. Plenty of room / very clean - great spot between Bay and Lake - easy walk into the small town. Matt (Owner) is incredibly responsive and accommodating. The very few issues we had - Matt was on top of them. Can't say enough good things - we had a great week - either on the lake or boating on the bay (rented a pontoon boat for a day) when the weather was nice and made a short trip to a winery on our rainy day. Summary: The host Matthew and his home exceeded expectations. Matthew was accommodating, generous and a text away. His very comfortable home accommodated 9 adults and 5 children under the age of 5 so well, no one wanted to leave. The house was fully stocked with everything including Children’s toys. I highly recommend Matthew’s Lake House

Summary: We greatly appreciate this Sodus Bay castle with as much space & bed accommodations. The kitchen is well-supplied with tableware & cookware. It was great to have a table with places for 12! Bedrooms are of nice size with good bedding. Nice to have as many full bath options. There are toys,books,& games for children. The sunporch & large windows provide views of the bay. We made use of the new large grill & beach equipment from the garage, where we were glad to have a 2nd frig. There was good driveway & nearby parking space. Matt was available & helpful in all communication.

Summary: This house was amazing. I’m a clean freak I start cleaning the second I walk into a rental, first time ever that I didn’t. It was absolutely spotless. The owner didn’t miss a beat in this home tastefully decorated. Every bed was comfortable not one person complained. Location was perfect walking distance to town. The front patio was our favorite spot you could see all the action. It was the perfect place to kick off the summer. Already booked for next year. The owner Matt was extremely fast to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this home.
