Positive: The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not sure about the breakfast on the first day, but it got better each day. The room was big and comfy. The bonus of the Lake hotel was free laundry service.

Summary: Appreciate the service from both reception staff and breakfast staff.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent. Staff was wonderful.

Negative: Dingy carpet and peeling wallpaper in the room. No heat.

Summary: The staff and breakfast aren’t enough for me to go back. It’s also off the beaten track.

Positive: Staff were really nice and the location was very convenient for me. There are great buses and trains right by the hotel. The breakfast was diverse, with options changing everyday

Negative: The hotel is older, so parts of the room had peeling wallpaper, some towels had fraying or holes in them.

Positive: Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Reasonable buffet breakfast. Nice view of the waterway and bridges from the room windows. Convenient location for my cycling trip. Free laundry (washer dryer) available on the top floor.

Negative: No heat in room. Just AC.
