Positive: I did like the house but please see below.

Negative: Coffee pot didn't work, I can't remember if in the description it says anything about the spiral staircase. If it doesn't, you should let people know to reach the other floors that it is a spiral staircase that is steep and not very wide. If you're heavy set or out of shape this is not the place to rent. This is a 3 level home main floor in the middle 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. One bedroom upstairs and laundry room, another bathroom and the gaming room is downstairs. The driveway is not the best steep going down and if you have a lower vehicle you will probably hit the bottom. You also have to climb stairs to access the main floor too.

Summary: Very nice and clean, maybe more suited to younger folks, more in shape than us.
