Positive: It's a beautiful lil apartment style home. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to the dunes but a lil ways from town. The permanent residence upstairs are nice. Also have a lot of vehicles covering parking areas for guests.

Negative: The shower heads could DEFINITELY be upgraded. Can also hear every footstep from upstairs people.
