5 Bedroom House in Putnam Station

Newly constructed Clifftop home with captivating views on Northern Lake George! This custom built, modern 4 bedroom, two bath home, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with exquisite craftsmanship and architecture, is the perfect blend of glass, stone and wood. Our shared waterfront can be reached via a 150' path where you can swim off the deep water dock or relax on our large sundeck. A boat slip (max 24' boat) is available as well for our guests to use.
There are 3 queen bedrooms (2 with a full bathroom), each with their own private deck overlooking the lake and mountains. The lower level has a sectional sofa, 2 bunk beds, dining table and big screen tv. The family room and 2 of the bedrooms also have smart tv's. We have 4 kayaks at the common dock and sundeck on the lake for guests to use, which can be accessed via a 150' path from our home. We also have a beautiful private outdoor hot tub that is covered and a fire pit area for stargazing or listening to sounds of the lake at night.
2 vehicles can be parked at the home. A 3rd vehicle may be accommodated if needed. There is a parking area for a boat trailer up the road on association property.
Four-wheel drive vehicle is necessary in the snowy months, which is a beautiful time of year to visit. Two pairs of snowshoes are included with the home to take advantage of the 60+ acres of Association land and abundant hiking trails walking distance from our home.

Summary: This property is stunning in its location and very well equipped. Although it was just two of us, it can accommodate many more, and the architecture lends privacy and comfort even if there are 6-8 people. The view is spectacular from inside and from each of the balconies. We absolutely loved this house!

Summary: We had a great time staying at the Cliff house. The house was super comfortable and if you like the cook, the house was fully stocked with all the supplies. We rented a boat, and I would suggest driving a little further away to get closer to the middle or south part of the lake to get the most out of it. The house and closest marina is quite far north, so the lake is not as interesting but still a good time. Would definitely come back!

Summary: Loved our short, relaxing family getaway at the cliff house! Be mindful that the walk to the lake is extremely steep so if you have any mobility issues you would struggle going up and down. We enjoyed the kayaks and spent most of the day in the water or on the sundeck.

Summary: Beautiful Location on the Northeast corner of LG in a nice small waterfront cove. Very comfortable and accommodating home with well Equipped Kitchen and island style dining area. Backup generator just wonderful that rode out a very severe evening thunderstorm. Board games present for fun evenings. Lower level table and chairs perfectly situated for game fun or card playing. Plenty of comfortable deck and outdoor seating areas all around home. Boat dock-age available if you bring or rent a reasonable size 20 ft. boat. Don't forget anything that you will be carrying to the boat, dock, or sundeck area! (the path down is not long but rather steep and not well paved) I'm sure the hot tub is fabulous (It looked beautiful) but we had a very hot summer week so we did not utilize it. It was however well covered for inclement weather conditions. Negatives; parking is OK for 2 vehicles with room for more offsite. Just a bit challenging to not interfere with neighbor’s property and watch the boulders across the driveway slightly over neighbors property line. (I scratched up my spoiler on them some). Loft access with ladder style stairs (could be a problem with children or elderly). I made a fateful mistake of leaving the final garbage bag out the morning of departure and the cleaning service found a bag ripped by wildlife. There are provisions for garbage overflow at an additional garbage shed off premises. My bad!
