Positive: The view from the house is stunning. We, 4 persons, had a great time staying for 3 nights to relax. The house offers a lot of space. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There are many sweet dogs, so be aware if you are not a dog person.

Negative: The bathroom can be accessed from both rooms, however only one door has a lock. But there is another bathroom in the shared garden area.

Positive: Lee and Elaine are great hosts - very helpful with information about the area. The space itself is fabulous - large with lots of seating areas for eating, relaxing and just admiring the spectacular views over Lake Atitlan. And the views really were spectacular. We also liked that we could self cater for a couple of days. It's only a 15 to 20m boat ride from Pana - very easy. And the dogs and Minnie the cat were a bonus.

Negative: The Jack and Jill bathroom was "interesting" but we managed! And it's a small price to pay for the position of the property.

Negative: No room cleaning during a 4 night stay. But I don’t know if it was included (should have been for the price)

Positive: The hosts and the good work they do in the community, the lovely location, views, access to kayaks, private dock. The pets, the open/outdoors kitchen. The fact that the host live on the property and are accessible, but you have just enough privacy and can relax in such a comfortable and gorgeous space.

Positive: Wonderful, spacious, green property. Two comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds, a large shower and bathroom, a lovely outdoor kitchen and dining area, and a deck with a view of the lake and volcano. Easy access to the lake with a dock for public and private boat access. A 10-minute walk to town. Great hosts, and they rent out kayaks, too.
