Positive: The location of the property was good, it was quiet and only the birds to wake to in the morning, handy to the shops

Negative: way too many repeat emails and text messages, I had to contact them to get the code and when I got the code for the door I had trouble getting it to work, The microwave hadn't been cleaned from previous clients, the front door handle was loose and needed to be tightened, the screen on the sliding back door was torn/coming away, when I contacted the hosts and sent photos they said they would be in touch to send someone around to correct and look at the other things that were damaged, that never happened, we had to clean the microwave ourselves before we used it.

Negative: The fact the initial property was not prepared when we arrived at @ 1700hrs.

Negative: No Blinds, curtains and screen door lock at the backyard door. No screen door lock at the front yard door.

Summary: Beautiful location. Kids had fun in the backyard. Ensure to bring paper towel n foil for bbq n oven.

Positive: Great location, view of the lake and east walk to coffee, shops

Negative: Bit tired, no security doors so has to be closed up when you’re out for the day. Means it’s very hot inside when you return. Also can’t look the rear door from outside, so a walk to and along the lakeside means out the front door and down the side. Beds could do with a topper to be more comfortable.
