Positive: The location of the property was good, it was quiet and only the birds to wake to in the morning, handy to the shops

Negative: way too many repeat emails and text messages, I had to contact them to get the code and when I got the code for the door I had trouble getting it to work, The microwave hadn't been cleaned from previous clients, the front door handle was loose and needed to be tightened, the screen on the sliding back door was torn/coming away, when I contacted the hosts and sent photos they said they would be in touch to send someone around to correct and look at the other things that were damaged, that never happened, we had to clean the microwave ourselves before we used it.

Summary: Overall the stay was good, we would stay again

Positive: The team were let down by the cleaners, and due to the lateness, organised alternative accommodation at Nth Entrance for the 6 nights. This was greatly appreciated.

Negative: The fact the initial property was not prepared when we arrived at @ 1700hrs.

Positive: Peaceful location other than the dogs next door didnt stop barking.

Negative: No Blinds, curtains and screen door lock at the backyard door. No screen door lock at the front yard door.

Summary: Beautiful location. Kids had fun in the backyard. Ensure to bring paper towel n foil for bbq n oven.

Positive: Great location, view of the lake and east walk to coffee, shops

Negative: Bit tired, no security doors so has to be closed up when you’re out for the day. Means it’s very hot inside when you return. Also can’t look the rear door from outside, so a walk to and along the lakeside means out the front door and down the side. Beds could do with a topper to be more comfortable.

Negative: I would recommend a blind to be installed on the backyard door for privacy purposes to be used at night.

Positive: It was in a great location, clean, perfect for families, kids loved that it had Netflix and internet!! Very cosy loved it!! On permission they allowed us to bring our little dog with us!!

Negative: Lack of cupboard space for clothes

Positive: Property is well situated and minutes from shops and beaches etc. Pet friendly for our small dog with plenty of backyard space for her to roam around. Has all equipment that I needed like stove, oven & BBQ and all utensils.

Negative: Not good on windy days. It’s only good for a couple enjoying weekend getaway or family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids and a dog). Fishing is no good on the lake as it’s very shallow and full of weeds and crap. Only aircon is in living area so it was very cold in the bedrooms. Ideal for summer but not winter.
