Positive: The property is literally beside the lake and a small secluded beach that you only share with other apartment owners or renters. Fantastic value for money, this is by far the best accomodation for people who wishes to sunbathe, sip coffee and stay away from the overwhelming crowds of bellagio.

Negative: The property is perfect! A small fan for the heat probably.

Positive: Everything was amazing! Incredible views and so lovely and quiet. An authentic Italian experience. Locals were friendly, restaurants around were delicious and great price. Our favourite place we stayed in Italy and actually all over Europe. We will be back!

Positive: The view is amazing The lake just in front of your villa. The villa very clean, manuela ( the host) prepare everythimg you need in the villa. She is very kind and inform the restaurant, the supermarket and the spot that you should visit while you there And the important thing is the villa has private parking Definitely will stay at Casa La Rosa again if we plan to visit lake como in the future
