Positive: We loved the beautiful lake views, clean and comfortable condo, and easy access to the water. The pools and grounds were well maintained, and it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Chelan.

Positive: We liked that there is a beach and it is close to it. Many pools with different temperatures. I like the security staff. Order and cleanliness are maintained on the territory.

Positive: The staff was incredibly friendly and so welcoming. We arrived so close to closing time that we actually called ahead figuring we'd need to do a night drop. Carol took the extra time to explain everything in detail and answered all our questions. She was amazing. The condo was way more spacious than I imagined and had a huge kitchen, which is a plus for my family. The grounds are great with lots of things for kids to do. Nice to have things for kids of all ages to do. Close to downtown.

Negative: The condo itself was a little dated. The beds were the hardest I've slept on that I can remember. My back still hurts honestly. I know when you're there, the lake is the main focus. However, when the sun goes down and you're inside for the evening, t.v. is a must for my family. We like to watch shows and movies together. The living room remote didn't work and even after we bought new batteries it didn't help. We were never able to use the bedroom TV because the remote was never located.
