Positive: Good location, clean, ability to cook own meals, comfortable seating, quiet area, balcony with chairs.

Negative: Not provided code to pool/spa, provided with wrong Wi-Fi network, and unable to set air consorting lower than 70 degrees. Got too hot at night to sleep comfortably!

Negative: Needed a couple repairs but really no big deal. Needs a blow dryer or state there isnt one. Master bedroom door is being held by 1 hinge.

Positive: The food we bought at the grocery store was great. Food was not provided at the condo. The refrigerator was great as were the other appliances. The furniture and beds were lovely and comfortable.

Negative: The lock box containing the door key was difficult to open. The dishwasher didn’t work because the sprayer arms were not in place.

Summary: We’ve stayed at Park Pointe in Chelan WA several times and have always been satisfied.
