Positive: The staff is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to help.
Negative: The site is undergoing a huge renovation, and I knew nothing about it until we got there. Part of the hotel was torn down, and there were huge trucks and equipment digging and beeping behind privacy fences. Also, the ocean view rooms overlook the pool, where there is disco and electronic music playing from 9am to 9pm. Sitting on the balcony with an ocean view room was not the relaxing experience I expected.
Summary: Great staff but wait till the hotel is remodeled.
