Positive: Room was small and not what we were promised. Location beautiful! No breakfast, but dinner great!

Negative: Too expensive, room was tiny and they called it a small view-you would have to stand on your toes to see it (small window, very high). The parking, never mentioned, was exorbitant! Fortunately they did return the "resort fee" as we were visiting friends and did not use any-not even pool or fitness. Overall, just okay. However, Excellent staff, service was great!

Summary: We stayed many years before and it was fine. This time, rooms a bit tired and overall too expensive.

Positive: It was a beautiful property, nice location

Negative: Sitting poolside mid-day and a guy starts power washing the pool deck; the noise was horrible and intolerable, forcing us to leave and not enjoy the outdoor space. AND there were ants in our bathroom, floor and countertop. I did tell the staff.

Summary: If there were no ants in my room or a power washer in my face, it would have been lovely.

Positive: The location is breathtaking and the whole atmosphere in the hotel is beautiful. We were assisted by a very considerate front desk employee, Erin, who was exceptional in her professional attitude and service.

Negative: The rooms need a little brush up, we haven't noticed any updates since 2019.

Positive: The staff were welcoming and friendly, while the views were absolutely gorgeous.

Negative: Nothing was bad about the property per se, the only thing that was unfortunate was about booking through booking.com. Apparently the room I booked and paid for was in fact, unavailable as I found out when we arrived at check in. But the staff were very gracious and happy to help work with us to find a solution.

Summary: Very accommodating and quick to help, also left us a surprise for my wife birthday.
