Summary: This was a great dog-friendly property for our annual family beach trip. Ken was super helpful and very responsive. The unit is 2 of 4 and well stocked with the usual items plus beach towels and beach chairs. AC is a must during the summer (many beach properties don’t have it) and worked like a dream during the heat wave. It’s near many restaurants, cafes and Ralph’s grocery store. We look forward to returning next year!

Summary: Our stay at Casa Mia was absolutely perfect. The units were very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with Ken. He was very responsive. The home is located on a quiet street. Very serene; very close to shops and restaurants. We did a lot of walks. The marina is 5 min ride. There was also some beautiful lookout points nearby.

Summary: well, my son would say the fact that each be was a king , was the best part. for me having all of us together was the best. and the fact that the exterior space was well lit at night. walking around with a baby and having bad vision, the lighting was bright but not obtrusive. the location cant be beat. we walked to get food, and to the marina area, which was beautiful. we are already planning to return
