Positive: Beautiful property, very well maintained, you will see the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. You cannot swim in the water directly across the street, you need to drive to a beach, which is ok as the nearest beach is only minutes away. The property manager is absolutely AMAZING and there is nothing she will not do for you or any issue she won’t try to solve and always with a smile on her face, very very wonderful woman. Property was clean, landscaping and pool were gorgeous.

Negative: This is NOT in the control of the property but the washing machine was not working which caused a minor inconvenience, but again the property manager was available and offered a solution to this, which we appreciated.

Summary: Beautiful location and very clean and comfortable property.

Positive: The property was in a great location - but you do need a car to get to and from the town and the beach. It has a perfect view of the lagoon and in summer you can track the sun over the lagoon from sunrise to sunset. The pool is great too! The host was lovely and extremely accommodating - she met us at 2am in the morning to open the house up for us. She went above and beyond what was required.

Negative: The stairs in the house are dangerous - there is no railing and they are slippery when wet. Also the tiles around the pool are extremely slippery when wet. I would not recommend this house for young children or the elderly.

Summary: Fantastic house for adults or for a family with older children. The host was wonderful.

Positive: Spacious, modern, independent with beautiful view. We visited mid-end of September and all was amazing.

Negative: Some doors do not close well.

Summary: Host was very nice and friendly, always ready to help. Recommend for group of 5 people.
